Imploding time machines?

That would really stink. You send a man back in time and he dies en route. What happens to the body?

my guess is that it would be vaporized by the implosion, but i dont know for sure. interesting question, though.

Gods, we've struck an odd philosophy question. Of course, you'd have to believe time travel to be possible first, and I am a sceptic of it to say the least.

And then there's the problem of retrieving the time machine...
